Residential & Commercial Hot Water Heaters

All our Water Heaters Masters technicians are Diamond Certified to perform hot water heater replacements and all hot water repairs. Our plumbing services are provided for standard, electric heat pump, condensing, power-vent, on-demand, and tankless water heaters. We use high-quality contractor grade water heaters approved for use in California. We prefer contractor grade brands from Bradford Whit, A.O. Smith and Noritz, as they are more durable vs. the water heaters sold at big box stores.

Re-Circulation Pumps And Timers Available

All water heater types (standard, tankless, condensing and heat pump) can be installed with a timer, a re-circulation pump, or both. Some find this useful in areas that are in climatically cold regions. These features are also widely used by persons wanting to save water or in areas that are facing severe drought conditions. Energy Efficiency Of Water Heaters

Efficiency is a measure of heat transfer from the energy source to your water. The closer you are to 1 the better the energy savings. Efficiency for conventional water heater tanks can decline over time as sediment builds up in units. Some high-efficiency water heaters, such as tankless water heaters, gas condensing water heaters and electric heat pump water heaters will maintain their efficiency after regular maintenance.

New NAECA Energy Factor Standards Effective April 16, 2015

Effective April 2015, NAECA established higher energy standards for residential water heaters. In addition to the higher energy factor ratings, the new NAECA rules impact the water heaters in several ways. Both gas and electric water heaters may require additional insulation, incorporate newer flue baffling including dampers, electronic ignition or any combination of these. Electrical work may also be required. Click HERE to learn more.

Water Heater Earthquake Safety

Seismic Gas Shutoff Valve

During an earthquake, vibrations trigger the seismic gas shutoff to cut main gas supply to the house. This helps reduce the risk of explosion or fire caused by a broken gas line.

Water Heater Earthquake Bracing

Water Heater earthquake bracing is an inexpensive way of protecting your family and home. A 50-gallon water heater weighs over 500 pounds. During an earthquake, if not properly braced, the water heater can fall over and break the gas line it is connected to, causing an explosion or fire. No matter what the situation or location, there is a safe way to brace a water heater; to meet California Code. Regardless of the type of issues you may be facing with your water heater, we guarantee that we can help. So don’t hesitate.
